Senni's post goes a long way since he/she is honest about what happened regarding MQ usage on the combine. For the record I was Putin the rogue in Wrathful Inquisition if none of you put two and two together. I am pretty sure Bumamgar used some sort of hack for tracking as well, but I never saw any other potential hack on his part or the part of the guild's. Then again I had to often pre-target mobs for the raid so maybe he didn't use a hack.

I was wondering if you guys were still recruiting, I was thinking of moving over to EQMac from the PC here soon as I can find a reasonable Mac. I too played on Progression 1.0 and was completely blown away at the MQ usage. It seemed like every corner I turned there was someone warping or ghost killing.

RoI seems to have picked up a bad attitude along the way somewhere and I'm not sure where from, but I really hope Ascendancy is a bit different and respectable on EQMac.

I'm not even sure what class I'm going to roll yet, but please let me know if you guys are still recruiting so I can maybe pick up a Mac soon!

I too can attest to the combine RoI causing grief to my guild (The Forgotten Travelers). There were countless times we would be clearing for the golems or setting up and two RoI people would appear in zone, the golems would die and you'd be gone in all of 30 seconds. It caused the 20-30 or so of us that wanted to play a classic progression game on a progression server lots of trouble just so you could sell the AoN on the market. This doesn't include all the dragon farming because you didn't jump over us on those.

Your intentions here seem to be good so I'll look past that and say welcome.

Hey Sabraaz =) Yeah I remember that incident you are describing pretty well, we used to go to Fear alot for Ravenwings epic.

I'm pretty sure these people are not those same players that did that to us all the time. I have grpd with the Ascendancy members on this server and they are nice guys.
