May 15th. Hard to develop much of an impression with how short the beta is but it won't be awful. Once you get past the terribly out-of-place quest system it is still reminiscent of past Diablo titles.

I might check out Diablo 3 if there's a Mac version.

I've been playing Skyrim, and I'm not overly thrilled with it for several reasons, but it is an okay time waster. Dragon Age 3 is also coming out supposedly sometime this year. If that's more like DA 1 and improves on DA 2 then I will probably love it.

It's D3 open beta weekend until until Monday, April 23rd 10 AM PDT for those that want to have a look.
There is a Mac client too of course.

Log into your Battle net account -->go to Games & Codes--> click "Download Game Clients" and there is a Diablo 3 Beta dowload waiting.

Do that, get excited to play, and then wait hours for it to download 3GB more of torrent stuff.

I played it for few hours last Saturday until the server collapsed. Could never get back on to finish my game :/

It was okay. I found it a little annoying that I couldn't pivot the camera or zoom in very close, but that's the Diablo way IIRC.

Based on the little I did get to play I can't see buying the game, but that's just me. Aspyr is releasing Deus EX: Human Revolution next week and I will play that for sure.

Most likely this will be my summer game of choice, my cousin had a hand in developing some of its animation.

Pretty much the only game I've been waiting for (aside from SWTOR...and after 6 years of waiting for that and ultimately being disappointed...I don't know if I should get excited for anything ever again.)

Been playing the beta well before Zamiel was. Super excited for this.

I am going to buy this game because...im old school... Diablo by blizz and hellfire by atari was some of my top fun wasting time on a computer. Course EQ is #1 Above all though I am getting diablo 3 to play with 2 rl friends. Either way 60$ is ...wel...60$...
