Trying to start a list of must haves(drops, quests, anything) for my 3 toons-shaman-sk-druid. any input would be awesome regardless of difficulty or time. right now my toons are in the mid 30's range but i would just like to have a list of what you all think are must haves for their class :D

random rambles:

Shammy-

Black Fur Boots, an easy step en route to the epic, will be more useful to you in the long term than the Spear of Fate itself. Get 'em ASAP!

Jaundiced Bone Bracer is nice clicky damage in the mid levels. Sweet if you can score it sometime between levels 46 and 60, when you sort of outgrow it.

Ceramic Skull of Decay: 33% haste on slows, DoTs, and the malo line is unspeakably awesome.

Ornate pants have clicky root; hella handy.

SK-

Circlet of Shadows has inventory-clickable invis from level 1 (I believe). Al'Kabor lacks the pre-nerf 0.1 second version, more's the pity, but even at 5 seconds it's still handy.

An improved damage or Anger of Druzzil item is also nice, for improved damage (and healing) from lifetaps.

Other than that I'd say it's just a matter of loading up on AC/HP and snagging a haste item.

dr0id-

An improved damage item and the crit nukes AA line are really nice.

Also mana preservation and spell haste foci.

(unsolicited advice... SK/SHM/CLR seems way more powerful to me than SK/SHM/DRU. YMMV!)

I'm interested why you picked Shaman instead of Enc.

I think if you have the capabilities to run 3 toons at once, the most versatile, self-contained group would be Pal (rez/tank) / Enc (slow/mez/charm/voq) / Dru (heal/nuke/port/buff.) At least in my opinion.

thanks pithy! ill be looking at getting the Circlet of Shadows for sure and the jbb would be an awesome lil tool for my shammy ) I started off with shammy/monk but wanted to be able to tank mobs at higher lvl so i traded the monk out for a skand then added a druid because i wanted to be able to port/evac if needed(been crawling around keasora and didnt wanna get stuck down there lol)and for extra heals when the shammy is lom. a cleric would be nice but id lose the evac that i love. As for an ench, that would have prob been the best choice but again i lost porting. with the shammy and druids dots the dps doesnt seem that bad.

I was suggesting replacing the Shaman with an Enc.

At higher levels, the enchanter charm spell will outdamage every other class.

that's not a bad idea, what i'll prob end up doing is getting my guys to 60ish then have the druid PL an enc up, so far though the sk/sham/druid trio is working out well for me, the lack of real dps might be the killer once i try and group in the planes but ill wait and see on that one.. i just like the shammy cause of the hp/stat buffs and the healing cause my lil druid is kinda naked atm haha. but the enc hastes/charm/cc later on would be very helpful

The SK/Nec Bobbing Corpse earring is also a must have imo. Not just for lev, but its EB for your SK also that is fast cast and regeant free.

Interesting Derail, I cant really add much to the list beyond raiding level toons usually have clickies for dispel, EB items, and so forth.

Sounds good- Speaking from a 65 perspective, Paladin can provide stuns too to aid with chanter recharming his pet. The only thing you would be missing is Pet pulling to some extent, and FD, which is easily bypassed via Pacify in many cases (not all!) I want to say Enchanters get Pet Hold..??

The only real buffing weakness due to lack of shaman would be the lack of Focus/Sta (Sta on the Pal should be maxed or close to it anyways, Vallons provides some dex and agi (dru does str if by chance its not maxed)) And Avatar, I suppose, for the extra atk. I imagine not having a shaman hurts more in the debuffing department inasfar as charming.

Pal -Cleric buffing difference for AC/HP (assuming both use dru9) is a "mere" 210 hp and 17 AC at 65. Course, you'd never be able to use the Paladin's "focus-type but stacks with Focus" self-buff while using dru9.

WOAH (to quote Zam) nice tip Murdoc- I was wondering how to more easily PL a class that doesn't have any AE's such as Melee/Hybrids/etc And 2 varieties of those sticks seem to have AE's attached.
