Hey folks,

Just want to start by saying I absolutely love EQMac and the community. I think it is the greatest invention since Wahl clippers. I am fairly new to the server. Started playing about a month ago. Originally I played a ranger on PC side and started a ranger here(Joharra), but elected to re-roll, because it just didn't feel right reliving the past. So this go around I have elected to play a Shadowknight as I always admired the class. Just because there, well, just so damn evil! Devour is currently level 51 and is looking for a guild.

I would love to find a guild with folks I mesh with well, of course. I am on central time and my playtimes are 6 p.m. - 1 a.m. most every day except Thursday and every other Wednesday. I have experience with every raid encounter(although it's been a very long time) up to Quarm as a ranger and as a mage. I didn't play past PoP. I'm still working on my UI and getting used to all the shortcut keys. Right now I am a mouse-clicking fool hehe. I don't know the SK class like I would know some others, but I am working hard to learn it.

Devour,

You should check out The Horde. We have grown a lot recently with new players still leveling up. The guild currently raids targets in Velious, working towards Sleeper's Tomb, and some Luclin targets.

You should actually go to this thread viewtopic.php?f=6&t=868 and check out the websites and descriptions of all the active guilds. Then, chat with some of their members, maybe go along as a guest on a raid just to see if that guild is a fit for YOU.

All guilds are looking for new members, so you can narrow down your search by looking where that particular guild is raiding, what their raid schedule is like, and what their current focus is. If that guild is where you want to be content/raiding wise, then you've drastically narrowed your search.

Believe Utdaan nailed it on the head. Every guild on the server is always looking for new members. Read the guild charters, speak with guild members/officers and find the best fit.

It's kind of like joining a fraternity at a very small school. Something for every new applicant, and every established organization needs someone new. Choose well.

Welcome, Devour! We're happy to have you in Pathfinders. See Circe, Hammie, Ranlon, Uneedkie, Cairistiona, etc. for the Hazing. See any of our resident brewers (or mages) for the drinking.
