There is one thing you could do:

I've been trying to get in touch with Mack Daddy, DC's founder and owner of the downed site. His email address was through the site and his phone number has been disconnected, but I've been able to find an address (which may or may not be current anymore). Here it is, see what you can do:

If you already have a copy of the address, maybe Karpan can remove it from this publicly-readable forum? Maybe I'm old-fashioned and paranoid about posting home and e-mail addresses on teh Intarweb!

Yes, I already have the address and stopped by there. I rang the bell and two little dogs started barking. After ringing a few times, I peeked in the window and saw a person running (I think trying not to be seen). So, apparently someone lives there. Maybe, at the time, it was just a kid at home (I guess I do look kinda scary). Possibly you could send a certified letter inquiring as to who lives there now?

Thanks for your help. I have one more avenue I can pursue, then I'll just give up on trying to recover anything from the previous server. I've started to rebuild anyway.
