The README file is for the original. They are TGA files because our client doesn't seem to support PNG textures.

As to the install:
Put all of the TGA files, all of the EQTC files and ONE of the window files in your UI directory (i.e one of the files starting with EQUI). It will replace the normal contents of that window, so I usually suggest gems, feedback, or bug windows (after all, our feedback and bugs commands don't get us anywhere :p)

By the way, to anyone who is actually using this, I am looking for some feedback: broken recipes, missing recipes, etc. I am also considering changing the layout, but that is for another post

OK, I tried to get this to work with both the Delta 3.0 UI and the default UI, same issue with both UI's. I have the files set to load as the help window, and below is a link to a screenshot of what I see when I load help.

I get the same exact thing, and I used it on Delta and Original.. haven't tried infiniti yet

i need help on getting TS UI to work, ive downloaded it and put it in the uifiles but when i try to load the UI it says Error loading skin "EQTS\" , attempting to load Default

Try my html based instead. mucho nicer because those bitmaps are hard to read and it is hard to find what you need.
