When I looked at Po2 on eqinterface they looked like completely custom gems.. I will check again, resizing is not a problem

You are full of win. I think I can get them into the game right.

However they won't mesh with a velious spellbar, due to the way original velious gems were done. But one step closer!

I and a lot of others are trying to use this UI with no success - it crashes the client. Any solutions?

how are you loading it?

Seems if you don't load it via /load velious or manual editing of eqclient.ini then you might have problems

Do not use the loadui window. It is the only thing that causes the problem for me.

I have talked to a few people that are using it with NP. For reference I am on 10.7.2 and I did not ask the other users what they are using

I am on snow leopard and have tried to both load it with /loadskin and editing the .ini file.

And you are using the New Intel Client and not the old PPC Client? If so, what does your uierror.txt file say

Should I be copying all the default files over into the VeliousMac folder before enabling?

You could try but I don't think it will help. The warnings are nothing important.

You can however delete the BugReportWindow in the velious folder. I will remove it from future zips.

Let me know if that helps.

Also are yo u going from default to this UI? You haven't used Power of 2 have you?

And if you are willing to try the other UI Ports to let me know if any load for you.

Deleting the BugReportWindow file no longer caused the crash when switching to the UI. Thank you!

Any idea on why the button all seem to have artifacting rainbows?

I've never used the Powerof2 UI, and this is a fresh install on this machine of the Intel client.

No clue.. I will push another zip... maybe the people not having problems are using the striped down version of this UI.. I will go over it again

Just in an attempt to be helpful, I gave the stripped down one a try after deleting the bugreport file, and it loaded fine, but still had the rainbow graphics.

I'm running Lion on Mac OSX 10.7.3 on last year's Macbook Air.

I can not figure out that rainbow thing at all. What graphics card do you have (not that it should matter)

The Macbook Air has a NVIDIA GeForce 320M.

It seems like the transparent graphics aren't actually renderings as transparent. I might try changing everything to be none transparent to see if that helps.
