Hey All,

Have any of you tried running 2 accounts on a macbook air 1.8ghz? It has the older video chipset I think, not the ATI.

It runs my one account just great right now.

I'm running a 1.8Mb but not sure on the video - cant check cause im at work.

I can box ok with spaces, its not fantastic but very possible.

Wow, I'm surprised you can box with system video Darc!

Its not great, but its very doable.

That 11 inch with 4GB of memory doesn't seem like it would run it well enough to two-box. Is that the one you are using?

Your biggest problem is going to be keeping the Air from overheating and slowing the video to a crawl. It's possible with CoolBook and an external cooling apparatus, but it's never going to be great.

Video cards really aren't an issue for EQMac since our client doesn't use much but software rendering on newer machines. Issue you are going to have is with the processor speed and heat as others have said.
