Clerics are always much loved! It will be the same as with any other class when younger, beg , borrow steal to get a group!! Do a /who all in your level range send some tells to those you find and after a bit you should be able to find some people.

I found as a cleric with leveling if you can devote the time to a group, 2hrs or so, and can find a tank you'll often be the base of the group with others coming and going. Groups usually start with 2-3 people but then the tells come in when others see 3 toons in the same zone (gives you an idea about zone populations :) ). IT can start of slow but then get rolling.

Upside is clerics solo quite well IMO until around 46 or so by which time you will be more up to speed with your regular groupies. Enjoy.

From (dim and fuzzy) memory, Clerics also solo very well in Katta at the graveyard and Tenebrous Mts. next door but I can't quite remember the level range when I was there.

clerics are always wanted, you can't go wrong there......

Like most people will say though, play what you enjoy. Finding a group isn't as hard as you might think, and there are no "useless" classes in everquest. Best of luck, and feel free to shoot me a tell if you ever want a hand!

Welcome here! And I will say exactly what others are saying, and what I always say....play whatever you love...the thing that will keep you logging back in for more adventures. What we need on Al Kabor, more that specific classes, are PEOPLE! Good Fortune and see you in Norrath. cheers!
