AlKabor to AlKabor charcter transfer

Any know if there is an email address to ask SOE for a toon transfer? I did a petition a long time ago, so I guess thats not the route t use. Thanks.

And it still works - I did a transfer this way just a few weeks ago. I had not gotten any response to the email one way or the other, and about a week had passed. I sent a /petition in the mid afternoon and the transfer was performed a few hours later while I was raiding. I don't know if the petition speeded it up at all or if it was just a coincidence. The account that the character was being transferred FROM was the account I was logged onto for the raid with my main on it.

Nope, only transfers from one account to another on this server.

Wow, I can't believe Sony would ask anyone to send all that information in a single email. It's a security nightmare. I'd suggest anyone considering doing this at least make sure you're on a direct Internet connection or very secure wireless connection. And delete the message from your "Sent Items" when you're done... just in case.

The costs may or may not have been reduced to $25 per character. Do a web petition first to verify the procedure, don't forget to put "Please forward to Zaebrix" in the first line.

And be prepared to give the last 4 digits of ANY credit card ever used to pay for the "from" account. I did another transfer recently and had to go through about 4 back and forth email exchanges before they would do it for me. Security measure implemented since the account theft incidents of last year I presume.
