So can anyone confirm Vallons new spawn time? Ive been checking when I can but havent seen him up since the intial kill of the final update to tactics.

Spawn time should be 3 days.

Unless someone got him this morning, which I kinda doubt, its not 3.5 days. Has anyone killed him in the past couple of days? If not his spawn time is still broken. I suppose someone could have got him around the time the calendar rolled over, but I hope they had better things to do then =).

Just so that there is some data I killed him on Dec 29th at 1am est.

Its about 5am est so I am confirming that vallon zeks spawn time is still broken. I have a toon camped there and checked pretty frequently everyday since my kill on the 29th. There was about a 15 hour window on new years where I was indisposed, but thats about it.
